Every year, the Mid-Atlantic Region Commission on Higher Education (MARCHE), also called the Accreditation Commission for Higher Education (wdohec), files Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3). IRS determination letters and electronic copies of CHE-most A's most recent Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and 990-T returns are available here.
wdohec may request a single 6-month extension in accordance with regulations, but it must file its Form 990 by the 15th of the fifth month after the fiscal year. Please send an email to info@wdohec.org with any questions if the IRS website does not have the most recent Form 990.
The public is being asked to provide input on proposed changes to our Accreditation Standards and Requirements of Affiliation by the World Department of Higher Education Commission (wdohec). Visit the 2022 Periodic Review of wdohec Standards for Accreditation homepage and listen to a recorded message from wdohec President Dr. Heather F. Perfetti to learn more and get involved.
